As an Inbound Customer Chat Sales Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities
Receive Inbound chats from prospective customers on website
• Refer to internet and supporting websites provided during training to assist the potential customer with questions related to mobile services
Work with the customer in trying to find whether they would benefit from purchasing a phone and becoming a customer of our client!
