2. Has the ability to communicate design requirements from stakeholders to a creative team
3. Defines objectives per design requirement
4. Defines wireframes for the required designs
5. Manage and schedule activities of digital production related content
6. Is highly skilled in html, css and some javascript
7. Has an understanding of the web and content management systems such as (joomla, drupal or wordpress)
